Meat Loaf faints for second time in a week
During the New Jersey Balloon Festival on Sunday, veteran rocker Meat Loaf fainted walking off stage for a second time this week.
Loaf, 63, was fed oxygen ten minutes to regain stability. He did not require any further medical attention.
The incident over the weekend marks the second time in less than two weeks for the iconic singer. Meat Loaf previously collapsed last week while singing on stage.
The ‘Bat Out Of Hell’ star told the crowd that he suffers from asthma, which can make it difficult for him to breathe.
After recovering on stage in Pittsburgh last week, Meat Loaf continued to perform the remainder of his concert, according to DigitalSpy.
The Rocky Horror star’s current tour is in support of his 11th studio album Hang Cool Teddy Bear, which reached number four in the UK album chart and number ten on the US Billboard 200 upon its release last year, according to Billboard.
